Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FashionHunter, every product is created with care, often on a made-to-order basis. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have outlined our cancellation and refund process below:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at fashionhunter.work@gmail.com or @fashionhunter.official on Instagram.
- After 12 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production or printing may already be in progress.
- Limited edition and custom design orders cannot be canceled once placed.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product or wrong size (different from what was ordered).
If eligible, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after we verify the return.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom design orders made specifically for you.
- Limited edition or special drop items.
- Products returned without original tags, packaging, or showing signs of use.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges may be allowed only for defective or wrong items delivered.
- If the requested size or design is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.
5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via fashionhunter.work@gmail.com or @fashionhunter.official on Instagram with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product issue
Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
6. Shipping for Returns
- Customers may be required to ship the product back for inspection.
- In cases of confirmed defects or wrong deliveries, FashionHunter will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Policy Updates
FashionHunter reserves the right to update or change this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
